Donna works in the Early Years department of the Teen Health Centre. Her focus is on helping young moms become the best parent they can through discussion and education of pertinent topics i.e. discipline, stress management, safety etc.
Donna also facilitates a parent support group for parents of teenagers and an anger management group for 18-24 year olds. Donna’s passion is to be useful for others through life’s challenges.

Neil has worked in the child welfare field since graduation from the University of Windsor with a Masters degree in Social Work. Neil has more than 25 years experience as a social worker in the school system counseling students, parents and teachers.
He is officially retired but volunteers at Crossroads, the St Vincent de Paul Society as well as with the school system. Neil is married with 4 children.

Bonnie McKay is currently working towards a diploma in Addiction Education. She is working to gain knowledge and experience with Crossroads. Eventually, hoping to be able to work with the youth population upon graduation

Linda McAlpine is a married mother of four children, ranging in age from 7 to 14. Her educational background includes accounting and economics with an interest in psychology. Her personal philosophy is that life is a journey to experience and enjoy and this drives her passion for personal growth work.
She has volunteered, in a number of settings, as a group facilitator and life skills coach over the past 4 years.

Dr. Jill Grant is a faculty member in the School of Social Work, at the University of Windsor. Her practice background includes group work and individual work with both men and women who are affected by violence, mental illness, addictions and conflict with the law.
Jill will be working within the Road Ahead program.

Suzanne Rodgers

Suzanne graduated from the University of Western Ontario with her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing and most recently graduated from the University of Windsor with her Bachelors of Social Work. Suzanne has been working
for the past 10 years in various capacities ranging from hospital settings to public health and now group and individual work with families and women who are affected by violence, mental illness and addictions. She has worked and volunteered for other agencies such as Hiatus House, Harmony In Action, Sexual Assault Treatment Centre and now Crossroads co-facilitating the Women's ACR group.

Jessica Sartori

Jessica is a fourth year social work student currently working towards completing her Bachelors of Social Work. She was placed at Crossroads for her third year placement. She continues to volunteer on Monday nights at the Road Ahead group. She hopes to obtain her Masters of Social Work in the upcoming year and provide clinical treatment within the community. She has gained a lot of experience and insight from Tim Baxter, which she will carry over into her own personal practice in the future.

Was a fourth year Social Work student at Crossroads from 2010-2011. She had participated in the Addictions Group and the Alternative Conflict Resolution Group for Women. She hopes to return to participating in the Women's ACR group as soon as life settles down. She started her Master's in Social Work at the University of Windsor this past summer with a passion in youth and, most recently, women's studies utilizing a feminist approach. She has worked and volunteered for other agencies such as New
Beginnings, The Teen Health Center and the House of Shalom. She has also been involved in various fundraising initiatives. One day she hopes to run her own agency, but first she wants to explore various cultures through travelling around the world.
